after some serious addiction to macaron, I have shifted to Japanese Roll Cake aka Deco Roll Cake. The last time I made those roll cakes were in 2014, if not mistaken.
After re-reading the recipe and getting things prepared (including putting the baby to sleep), I came across the design inspired by instagram.com/Bakeryhouse101. It looked so cute that I was so sure my baby boy would love it.
Here is the result:
Flavour wise are mango and durian. Filled with buttercream mixed with Edam cheese.
